Tras incesantes y pacientes investigaciones los expertos aseguraban haber conseguido aislar una actuación por parte del gobierno que no contradecía su opinión -expresada entonces en aceradas críticas- cuando sus miembros formaban parte de la oposición. Aún así, insistieron, pese al formidable avance y a las posibilidades que abre para posteriores investigaciones, aún sería prematuro hablar del descubrimiento de una posible vacuna en el futuro contra el bipartidismo español.
